Caroline Wood

Caroline Wood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Currently, they are the Project Director at WillowTree. Prior to that, they worked at Optoro as the Director of Product and Senior Product Manager, focusing on returns management and the customer returns experience. Before Optoro, they were a Product Manager at Bluprint, where they focused on content discovery and retention strategies. Caroline also served as a Product Manager at Havenly, an online interior design marketplace, and at Craftsy, an online crafting education and e-commerce platform. Caroline began their career as an Account Executive at MoneyWise Payroll and gained experience in event planning and development as an Events and Development Assistant at Madison House. Additionally, they worked as a Staff Counselor at Camp Longhorn Inks Lake, where they mentored girls and managed the sailing program.

Caroline Wood attended the University of Virginia from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a B.A. with Distinction in Economics. In 2010, they also participated in a study abroad program at the University of Cape Town.
