Juan Ricardo Luciano

Mr. Juan Ricardo Luciano, 60, is the Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Archer Daniels Midland Company and the Lead Director of Eli Lilly and Company. He is also a Director of Intersect Illinois and the US-China Business Council. He also serves as a member of the Global Advisory Board of Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University, Economic Club of Chicago, and the Commercial Club of Chicago and a trustee of Rush University Medical Center. He has extensive experience in agricultural processors and food ingredients. Mr. Luciano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Buenos Aires Institute of Technology, Argentina. He was first appointed to the Wilmar Board on 20 June 2012 and was subsequently appointed Alternate Director to Mr. Raymond Guy Young on 28 December 2021, who resigned on 1 July 2022. Mr. Luciano was then appointed Alternate Director to Mr. Greg Morris on 1 July 2022.
