Matthew Kok

Matthew Kok is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Regional Chief Financial Officer for Wilmar International since August 2018, overseeing financial management for 12 active operating entities in East Africa, including a palm oil refinery and rice mill. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Financial Controller at Dyna-Mac Engineering Services Pte Ltd, managing the group's financial functions and team operations. Matthew's career includes significant experience at Keppel FELS Ltd, where responsibilities ranged from CFO to Finance and Administration Manager, encompassing cross-border acquisitions and financial reporting. Academically, Matthew holds a Master of Science in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and is an ACCA member, having completed the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualification.
