Andrew Rhys Davies

Andrew Rhys Davies is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner in Securities Litigation & Enforcement at WilmerHale since March 2023. Previously, Andrew held partner positions at both Allen & Overy from January 2018 to March 2023 and also from September 2003 to December 2015, alongside an role as Assistant Solicitor General at the Attorney General of New York from January 2016 to December 2017.
