Patricia DePlasco, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in education and human resources. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University since 2012, Patricia teaches various courses for the College of Business and the College of Education, while also developing course materials and preparing students for Society for Human Resources Management certification. Previously, Patricia held the role of Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at Delaware Technical and Community College from 2005 to 2016 and served as Interim Executive Director of HR and Employee Relations and Professional Development Coordinator at the College of Southern Maryland from 2000 to 2005.
