Monica Hermes

Monica Hermes currently serves as the Group Vice President of Government & Public Affairs at Wilo Group, a position held since October 2017, after previously working as the Head of EU & EAEU Government & Public Affairs and as a Werkstudentin in the same field. Prior experience includes a Werkstudentin role focused on project management at Borussia Dortmund from July 2016 to June 2017, and additional Werkstudentin positions at Steilmann and Banca Mediolanum, where responsibilities included marketing research, customer intelligence, and public relations. Monica also interned at MOORE EUROPE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT in portfolio management in 2013. Education includes a Master of Science in Management & Marketing from Bergische Universität Wuppertal, earned between 2017 and 2019.
