Jie Zhu

Jie Zhu is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets transactions, and joint ventures, while also contributing to the firm's China practice since August 2010. Prior experience includes serving as an associate at Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP and White & Case LLP, as well as a summer associate at Nixon Peabody LLP. Jie Zhu holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law, a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University, and dual degrees in Automation (Electrical Engineering) from Tsinghua University.
