Chris Smith has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Chris began in 2002 as a Commis Chef at Paris House Woburn and then worked at Jean Christophe Novelli Restaurants as a Chef De Partie and later as a Sous Chef-Head Chef. In 2008, they became the Executive Chef at The Plough Wavendon. From 2010 to 2016, they served as the Chef Director at CHEF FOR YOU LIMITED T/A The Three Tuns. Chris then joined Compass Group as a Head Chef from 2016 to 2017. Chris has been with Wilson Vale since 2017, working as a Relief Chef Manager, Area Manager, and is currently the Director of Operations.

Chris Smith attended Barnfield College from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a NVQ Level 2 in Food and Hygiene. Their area of focus during their time at the college was Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management/Manager.
