Marisa Kacary

Marisa Kacary is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at WilsonHCG since January 2024, Marisa has also held prominent positions including Chief Marketing Officer at Randstad and Global Chief Marketing Officer at Randstad RiseSmart. In addition to their corporate roles, Marisa has been a Non Executive Director at Savannah Group and a Fellow at The Marketing Academy, where leadership development was a key focus. Marisa's earlier career includes significant positions at AMS, Pontoon Solutions, Korn Ferry, and Alexander Mann Solutions, where expertise in brand, marketing, and customer engagement was demonstrated. Marisa holds a Diploma in Marketing from CIM and a BA (Hons) in Geography from Durham University.
