Prior roles include Business Insights/Tech PM at Microsoft, managing a ticket system on SharePoint and ensuring functionality for over 2,500 users, and Project Manager at Arvato North America, where automated reports were created for Microsoft and manual processes were streamlined. Aaron began a career at Microsoft with an internship focused on resource management and has prior experience as Shop Manager at Angel's Tire & Service and roles in sales and research analysis. Aaron holds an MBA in Management from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a BA in Economics from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
