WinC-AlinC aims to provide opportunities for networking, mentorship, and leadership development for oncologists and trainees, Our organization originally focused on women oncologists but have since expanded to all oncology professionals.

Our Goals are to: 
- Provide a platform where members can communicate with each other through private messages or the discussion forum.
- Provide resources for leadership skills development.
- Provide a forum for research collaboration and career mentorship amongst clinicians.
