Paul Leedham

Paul Leedham has extensive experience in continuous improvement and operations management, currently serving as the National CI Training Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager at Wincanton since December 2019. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Unipart Group from January 2009 to December 2019, holding various positions including Operations Management Consultant, Continuous Improvement Manager, Supply Chain Planning and CI Specialist, and Lean Consultant. Paul specializes in delivering results through the implementation of Lean thinking and utilizing Lean tools to drive sustained process improvements across both external and internal client sites. Paul is an alumnus of Polesworth International Language College, where education was completed from 2001 to 2008.
