Winch Design
Charlotte Bywaters is a Junior Interior Designer at Winch Design since March 2022, bringing diverse experience across various roles in the design and hospitality sectors. Previously, Charlotte worked as an Illustration Artist at Foster + Partners from May 2019 to March 2022 and served as an Architectural Illustrator at Westbury Garden Rooms Limited. Additional experience includes roles at Richmond International as a Procurement Assistant, where involvement focused on sourcing materials for luxury hospitality projects, and as a PASS Leader at the University of Suffolk, supporting first-year students in the Interior Architecture and Design course. Furthermore, Charlotte developed skills in customer service as a Bar Attendant at The Compasses Inn and a Sales Associate at Little White Box Ltd. Educational qualifications include a BA in Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Suffolk and A Levels from Colchester Sixth Form College.
