Marta Pardo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, administration, and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Operations/Administration at Windes since June 2020, Marta previously held the role of Office Administrator - Irvine at Windes, Inc. from July 2018 to June 2020. Prior to that, Marta spent over 16 years at Allen, Haight & Monaghan LLP, where responsibilities included Director of Administration and Human Resources and Firm Administrator. Marta holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and is a member of the Association for Federal Human Resource Management (PAFM).
