Luan Nguyen

Luan Nguyen is currently the Senior Vice President at Windfall Bio since March 2024. Prior to this role, Luan held various positions at Calysta from November 2012, including Vice President of Engineering and Technology Development, Senior Director of Engineering & UK Operations Manager, and Director of Engineering. Previous experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Codexis, Inc. from 2008 to 2012, Group Lead/Senior Scientist at The Clorox Company from 2006 to 2008, and Senior Engineer at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory from 2004 to 2006. Luan began the career as an R&D Engineer at DuPont from 1999 to 2004. Luan earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston.
