Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Windings, Inc. since January 2021, Regis also operates as President of Regis Luther LLC, providing executive-level consulting in various sectors including program management and defense. With a notable tenure as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at AM General LLC from March 2017 to February 2024, and prior roles at Navistar and BAE Systems, Regis has a robust background in product management and tactical vehicle engineering. Educationally, Regis holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and an Executive MBA in International Finance from the University of Houston. Additionally, Regis is a participant in the Directors Consortium, enhancing board governance skills through top institutions including Stanford and the University of Chicago.
