Mark Bumgarner has extensive work experience in various roles at Window World and Lowe's. At Window World, they served as the Vice President of Franchise Relations, where they provided strategic support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and President, and oversaw training and education for over 200 franchisees. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Operations, responsible for developing strategic plans, supporting senior management, and evaluating operations. Additionally, at Window World, they served as the Director of Training, where they established the Window World University and hired training managers.
At Lowe's, Mark held multiple positions including Sr. Manager Portfolio Projects, where they managed a team of analysts for IT projects impacting multiple stores. Mark also worked as a Lead Technology Deployment Analyst, Sr. Technology Deployment Analyst, Sr. Support Analyst, Support Analyst, Distributed Systems Installation Technician, and Store/Distribution Associate.
Mark Bumgarner attended Coastal Carolina University in 1987, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Mark then went on to study Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD at Wilkes Community College from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various areas such as AAMA Certified Trainer, RRP Certified, Negotiation Skills Training, and High Impact Presentations from institutions like Learning Tree, Dale Carnegie, EPA, and AAMA.
