Shawn Andrews

Shawn Andrews has a wealth of experience in various roles within the finance industry. Shawn is currently the Managing Director at Palmetto Energy Capital, where they oversee the provision of efficient debt capital for renewable energy developers and investors. Prior to this, Shawn was a Member of YPO Southeast U.S. & Caribbean, a professional organization for executives.

Before that, they founded Windsor Advantage, LLC, a company specializing in SBA 7(a) lending platforms. During their time there, Shawn facilitated the funding and servicing of over $2.0 billion in SBA 7(a) loans.

Shawn also founded Meridian Service Partners, LLC, a private investment fund focused on service-based businesses. Shawn successfully completed six acquisitions during their tenure.

As the Managing Director at Bridge Finance Group, they played a pivotal role in originating, structuring, and closing senior secured debt, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity deals. Shawn was also responsible for strategic initiatives such as joint ventures and the acquisition of specialty finance companies and debt portfolios.

Before that, Shawn worked as an Associate at Kugman Associates, where they specialized in financial and operational restructurings for middle-market companies across multiple industries. Shawn began their career as a Senior Analyst at Arthur Andersen & Co.
