Mitchell Mgendi has diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Mitchell is currently working at Windsor Brokers as the Chief Financial Officer since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Bosch Rexroth as a Financial Controller / Business Partner for East Africa from February 2019 to February 2022. Before that, Mitchell worked at Sogea-Satom as a Financial Controller from August 2017 to January 2019. Mitchell'sresponsibilities included financial management, business intelligence and analytics, accounting management, statutory management and tax compliance, and working capital management. From September 2016 to July 2017, Mitchell worked at Intex Construction Limited as a Senior Accountant, where they were responsible for budgets and cash flow management, management accounting, financial control, financial statements preparation, cash and bank reconciliations, financial analysis, intercompany accounts, policy review, audits coordination, and accounting and payroll management. Mitchell's earlier experience includes working as an Accountant at S.S. Mehta & Sons Ltd from March 2015 to August 2016.
Mitchell Mgendi's education history is as follows:
Mitchell Mgendi obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Daystar University. This program lasted from 2008 to 2012.
In 2013 and 2014, Mitchell Mgendi pursued a postgraduate degree in Project Planning and Management from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
Mitchell Mgendi then obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA~K) from KASNEB in 2021, as well as a Practicing Accountant License from ICPAK in the same year.
In 2021, Mitchell Mgendi also obtained the certification of a Forensic Certified Public Accountant (FCPA) from KASNEB.
In 2022, Mitchell Mgendi pursued further education by completing the Intermediate Level of the Certified Investment & Financial Analyst program at KASNEB.
Currently, in 2023, Mitchell Mgendi is enrolled in the Advanced Level of the Certified Investment and Financial Analyst program at KASNEB.
