Nathan Adajian has over 13 years of experience in the banking industry. Nathan began their career at Webster Bank as a Head Teller before moving on to Bank of America in the same role. At Connecticut River Bank, N.A., they served as a Commercial Loan Servicer and Product Specialist, handling loan documentation and reconciliation. Nathan then transitioned to the role of Commercial Credit Analyst at the same company, where they provided detailed credit and risk analysis. Afterward, Nathan joined Simsbury Bank as a Commercial Credit Analyst, focusing on credit requests and financial analysis for clients. Nathan later joined Windsor Federal as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst, where they continued to analyze credit and prepare financial spreadsheets. Nathan's experience also includes roles as a Commercial Loan Officer and Commercial Portfolio Manager at Windsor Federal, where they were responsible for managing loan portfolios and supporting loan officers in structuring new loan requests. Currently, Nathan holds the position of Vice President Commercial Lending at Windsor Federal.
Nathan Adajian's education history includes a series of degree programs spanning from 1998 to 2016. Nathan began their academic journey at the University of Connecticut, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from 1998 to 2001. In 2006, they attended the SAE Institute of Technology, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Audio Engineering, completing their studies in 2007. Building on their previous education, Nathan pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from UNH Online, attending from 2011 to 2012. Nathan later returned to UNH Online to earn a Master's Degree in Project Management, which they completed from 2013 to 2016.
