Scott Andrusis holds extensive experience in commercial banking, currently serving as First Vice President and Team Leader of Commercial Banking at Windsor Federal Bank since October 2019. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President in Commercial Banking at People’s United Bank from October 2018 to October 2019, and served as Vice President of Commercial Banking at Farmington Bank from July 2012 until its acquisition by People’s United Bank. Earlier roles include Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Rockville Bank and Vice President of Consumer Credit & Compliance at Bank of South Windsor. Scott began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at BayBank and Scientific Leasing, and also worked as Collections Manager at The Connecticut Bank and Trust Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a concentration in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University.
