Phil Weber has an extensive background in design engineering, with a career spanning several decades. Since 1995, Phil has served as the Design Engineering Manager at Windsor Windows and Doors, following a role in design engineering at Eagle Window & Door from 1990 to 1995. Phil's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from William Penn University, a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeast Iowa Technical Institute, and study at Iowa State University from 1985 to 1989.
