Windward Life Care offers an integrated model of care, with experienced clinicians overseeing our home care aide employees. Older adults, their families, and their professional representatives establish a relationship of trust with an Aging Life Care Manager upon whom they can rely as the client's condition changes over time.  The care manager is a guide with knowledge of local resources who understands the physical and emotional challenges of aging and disability, and possesses the skills to navigate difficult terrain.
