Ibanor Polesso

Ibanor Polesso currently serves as CFO and Partner at VSG Energia Fotovoltaica since May 2021 and has been a member of the Finance Committee at Wine.com.br since January 2017. Polesso is also a co-owner at IP - Consultoria e Assessoria Contábil S/S since October 2014. Previously, Ibanor served on advisory boards and finance committees for various companies, including ibyte, LIGUE, Mob Telecom, EB CAPITAL, and Solinftec. Polesso held the position of Secretary of the Administrative Council at Grupo RBS from February 1996 to June 2022 and was involved in multiple financial committees throughout this tenure. Ibanor holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and is a certified independent advisor in Corporate Governance from the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa, attained in 2018.
