Laura Barros is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beverage and beauty industries. Currently serving as Marketing Director for South America, Africa, and Caribbean at Brown-Forman since May 2025, Laura has also held multiple senior positions at Wine, including CMO and Governance. Previous roles include Vice President Global Marketing and Global Marketing Director at Gallo Worldwide, as well as Brand Director at L'OCCITANE Group. Laura's early career includes significant tenure at L'Oréal Brazil, where various roles such as Marketing Director for Garnier and L'Oreal Professionnel were held. Academic credentials consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Ibmec and a Bachelor in Magistère de Sciences de Gestion from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
