Alice Niezborala is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at WinEquity since March 2022, Alice focuses on investing in female-founded startups. Previously, Alice held the position of Vice President of Apprenticeship Success & Career Services at OpenClassrooms, spearheading strategic initiatives for apprenticeship programs. As a Senior Director at Turnitin, Alice managed the integration of ProctorExam and led BPO operations. Alice also served as Chief Operating Officer at ProctorExam, designing scalable business strategies, and worked as a Senior Consultant for startups during freelance engagements. Prior experiences include leadership roles at Tribal Worldwide, Nine Entertainment Co., and Mondelēz International. Alice holds a Master’s in Media Practice from the University of Sydney, a Master's in Marketing from Macquarie University, and a Bachelor’s in International Business from KEDGE Business School.
