Damien Gillman is an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and management. Currently serving as General Manager and Plant Manager at WineWorks since May 2014, Damien previously held the position of Production Manager for Machined Components at AW Fraser Ltd from August 2003 to April 2013, where involvement included being a private shareholder. Earlier roles include Manufacturing Teamleader at Boston Scientific, responsible for relocating manufacturing lines, and Production Manager at Chequer Packaging Ltd, overseeing multiple departments. Damien's career began at Chequer Packaging Ltd as Logistics Manager and Production Planner. An academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Canterbury, completed in 1994.
