Ian Tomsons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Account & Operations Manager at Winfinity since April 2023, Ian has developed and automated tools for client and market analysis, focusing on enhancing strategic decision-making and addressing client needs. Prior to this role, Ian held various positions at Webhelp from September 2017 to April 2023, including Operations Manager, where a strong emphasis was placed on crisis and change management and leading teams to achieve operational goals. Earlier, as a Quality Team Lead and Quality Coach, Ian successfully implemented quality control processes and provided impactful coaching. Ian’s career began at Tehmet SIA as a Senior Account Assistant, following education at Latvijas Universitate.
