Wings of Hope
Curt Beers is an experienced educator and IT professional, currently serving as a Course Facilitator at Wings of Hope since June 2023, where responsibilities include facilitating Aviation Career Exploration through an expanded SOAR into STEM program. Beers has been an IT Instructor at Four Rivers Career Center and a member of the Cisco Network Academy since August 2010, teaching CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ to high school students. Additionally, Beers instructs dual credit courses at East Central College, serves as an instructor for the Cisco Networking Academy, and is an Information Technology Instructor for the School District of Washington. Previously, Beers held the position of System Administrator at CenturyLink and Information Systems Coordinator for the City of Wentzville, where leadership in IT planning and management spanned nearly a decade. Educational qualifications include studies at Stanly Community College, the University of Central Missouri, East Central College, and participation in the Cisco Networking Academy.

Wings of Hope
Wings of Hope changes and saves lives through the power of aviation. In the U.S., the nonprofit provides medical air transport services – free of charge – to individuals who need access to specialized medical care. The organization also works in 10 countries outside of the U.S., working with in-country partners to fly people in remote areas to emergency medical care and fly doctors into communities with no local health care. Wings of Hope has been twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and has a 4-star rating on Charity Navigator. In 2017, Wings of Hope directly served 45,858 people around the world.
