Mark Cutler has over 40 years of experience in the IT and software development fields. Currently serving as an IT Support Volunteer at Wings of Hope since May 2012, Mark provides network and desktop support for over 35 staff members and volunteers. Prior to this role, Mark was the Owner of Capcut Logistics, Inc. from April 2008 to April 2012, and the Vice President at Byrne Software Technologies from January 1987 to December 2007, where responsibilities included management, sales, marketing, and decisions on product functionality for a benefits administration software group. Mark began their career at Ernst & Whinney as a Senior Manager, delivering information systems consulting and managing software development projects from December 1980 to December 1986. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, obtained from 1971 to 1975.

Wings of Hope
Wings of Hope changes and saves lives through the power of aviation. In the U.S., the nonprofit provides medical air transport services – free of charge – to individuals who need access to specialized medical care. The organization also works in 10 countries outside of the U.S., working with in-country partners to fly people in remote areas to emergency medical care and fly doctors into communities with no local health care. Wings of Hope has been twice nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize and has a 4-star rating on Charity Navigator. In 2017, Wings of Hope directly served 45,858 people around the world.
