Phil Koch is an experienced Sr. Oracle DBA Consultant at Tailwind Consulting Services LLC, with over 36 years of expertise in both Applications and Systems DBA roles, providing comprehensive DBMS support including installation, design, upgrades, backup, and recovery. Koch has significant experience in the Financial Services sector, especially with PeopleSoft, ERP, and Oracle, as well as utilities with IBM Maximo and ESRI Spatial. In addition to consulting roles at KPMG US, Suddenlink Communications, and various organizations, Koch serves as a Volunteer Pilot for Wings of Hope's Medical Air Transport Program. Educational background includes studies at Graceland University and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where an MBA was pursued.
Wings of Hope
Wings of Hope changes and saves lives through the power of aviation. In the U.S., the nonprofit provides medical air transport services – free of charge – to individuals who need access to specialized medical care. The organization also works in 10 countries outside of the U.S., working with in-country partners to fly people in remote areas to emergency medical care and fly doctors into communities with no local health care.
