Dhananjay Pote

Dhananjay Pote is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager HRBP at RIB Software since April 2024, Dhananjay previously held multiple roles at Winjit Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2019, including Senior Manager People and Culture and People and Culture Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Executive Human Resources at both Satish Toy Manufacturing LLP and SATISH INJECTO-PLAST PRIVATE LIMITED, as well as earlier roles at MB Auto and Fushi Wellbeing Ltd. Dhananjay holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a BSC in Hotel & Tourism Management from MGV'S IHMCT.
