Andres Hernandez possesses extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as Project Executive and previously as Senior Project Manager at Winmar Construction since July 2018, overseeing the preconstruction and ground-up development of a multistory project. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Brickell Group Construction, Senior Project Superintendent at DC Construction Associates Inc. and OLA Construction Group, and Vice President of International Business at Grupo Icon OP in Venezuela. Education credentials include a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Santa Maria, a Master's in Real Estate Management from Universidad Metropolitana, and multiple certifications from IESA in Strategic Planning and Development Management.
