Timothy Plum is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, bookkeeping, and construction oversight. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Winmar Construction since June 2022, Timothy oversees key project phases and supports team education. In a concurrent role at Reflections of You Fairfax since January 2011, Timothy manages comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and website project timelines. Timothy's leadership experience as President of PT Games, combined with roles such as Operations Manager at GreenRock Construction and Project Manager/Bookkeeper at F&L Construction, highlights a solid track record in cost accounting, team coordination, and project management. Timothy's educational background includes a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Social Science from the University of Virginia.
