Since 2010, Sergey has served as the Head of the Representative Office at Winncom Technologies in Astana, focusing on sales, client acquisition, and nurturing relationships with key customers. Prior to this, Sergey was the General Director at TОО "WINNCOM CENTRAL ASIA" from 2008 to 2010, overseeing administrative and financial operations. Sergey also held positions such as Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs at TОО "WINNCOM TECHNOLOGIES" and General Director at DOSTLINK in Uzbekistan, showcasing expertise in commercial strategies and operational management. Sergey began the career as a programmer, developing systems for financial management and enterprise analysis. Sergey graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 1995.
