Melissa Huggett

Melissa Huggett is an experienced sales trainer and coach currently working at Winning by Design since February 2022, with a strong focus on SaaS sales training. At ExperiencePoint, Melissa is an Associate Facilitator, leveraging certified expertise in ExperienceInnovation and ExperienceChange to facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing change and innovation capabilities. Prior to this, Melissa held various roles at ExperiencePoint from 2010 to 2021, including Director of Partnerships & International Sales and Senior Business Partner, where responsibilities included driving sales growth and fostering partnerships in consulting and higher education sectors. Previous experience includes positions at Dolce Hotels & Resorts, BMO Institute for Learning, and serving on the boards of PCMA Canada East Chapter and the International Association of Conference Centers. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Guelph.
