Tom Walsh

Thomas Walsh is a litigation partner and Co-Chair of Complex Commercial Litigation at Winston & Strawn LLP, where their tenure began in February 2017. Prior to this role, Thomas served as a Principal at Fish & Richardson P.C. from 2002 to 2017, and as a clerk for The Honorable Joe Kendall at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in 1999. Thomas is known for frequently lecturing trial lawyers and corporate counsel on diverse topics such as opening statement strategies and Markman hearings. Thomas holds a JD from The University of Texas School of Law (1989-1992) and a BA from Southern Methodist University (1985-1989).
