James Wallace, CFA, currently serves as an Infrastructure & Renewables Research Analyst at Winterflood Securities since August 2023. Previously, James was an Equity Research Analyst at Craigs Investment Partners from August 2017 to December 2021, focusing on various sectors including renewable energy utilities and real estate. James gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Stride Property Limited in 2016, managing property valuation information and assisting in reporting, and as a Valuations Assistant at CBRE in 2014, supporting commercial property valuation efforts. James holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and Bachelor of Property conjoint degree from The University of Auckland, as well as a similar degree from The University of British Columbia.
