Toby Matthews has extensive work experience in the IT field. Toby is currently working as the Head of Technology Governance at Winterflood Securities, where they are responsible for overseeing IT programs and workstreams. Prior to that, they worked at VTB Capital as the Head of Global IT Service Management Office, where they managed IT projects and coordinated disaster recovery and business continuity tests across multiple global locations. Toby also worked as an IT Project Manager at SANTANDER GLOBAL BANKING AND MARKETS, where they managed interdepartmental projects and supported various trading systems.

Toby Matthews attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Information Systems. Additionally, they completed Level 3 Certificates in Derivatives and Securities at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). Prior to their university education, Toby also attended Royal Grammar School Guildford.
