Ridwan most recently worked as a Chief Engineer / DP Maintenance for Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk starting in December 2021. Ridwan also has experience as a Chief Engineer / DP Maintenance at Marcopolo Offshore Singapore from November 2018 to August 2020, and at Vallianz Offshore Marine from January 2017 to November 2018. Ridwan SM has a diverse education history in the maritime field. In 1998, they attended AIP/PLAP/STIP Jakarta where they studied Marine Engineering and completed their degree in 2003. Continuing their education, in 2012 they attended C-MAR Asia Pte Ltd where they underwent training in DP Maintenance Course. In 2015, Ridwan SM participated in a Training Course for Instructor IMO Model Course 609, which focused on instructor training. In 2022, they enrolled at Politeknik Pelayaran Banten and obtained a degree in Marine Surveyor, specializing in the field of Marine Surveying.
