Neil Gandhi

Neil Gandhi currently serves as the Head of Liquidity Integration and Senior DevOps Engineer at Wintermute, an algorithmic trading firm in digital assets, where responsibilities include counterparty integration and managing low latency trading environments. Prior to Wintermute, Neil spent over a decade at Barclays Investment Bank as Vice President of Market Data, overseeing the EMEA Direct Feeds environment and leading a team of engineers. Neil's career also includes roles at Merrill Lynch as AVP of Market Data and Market Data Analyst, specializing in low latency configurations and database management. Neil began as a Network Engineer, focusing on Cisco device configurations and network stability. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Computing from Imperial College London.
