Luke Madzell is an experienced professional in people and culture management with a focus on workforce development. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Wintringham since November 2019, Luke oversees the Workforce Development Unit and is involved in expanding business opportunities and enhancing client support. Prior to this role, Luke held several positions at Melbourne City Mission, including Workforce Manager for Disability Services, where leadership and compliance management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as HR Officer at Holmesglen and Assistant Supervisor at 7-Eleven Stores, complemented by education from Swinburne University of Technology with degrees in Business (Human Resources Management) and Social Science (Sociology).
