Janet M. Koranda

Janet M. Koranda is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit and commercial banking. Janet currently serves as SVP and Chief Credit Officer at Wintrust Bank Chicago since May 2020. Previously, Janet held various roles at Wintrust Financial Corporation, including SVP and VP of Credit Administration for the Northwest Hub in Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Prior to Wintrust, Janet worked as a Senior Credit Analyst at Leaders Bank and served in credit analysis roles at Standard Bank & Trust Co., where responsibilities included underwriting and training junior analysts. Janet began in finance with a focus on managing a C&I loan portfolio and has a strong foundation in various banking functions from earlier positions. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting from Lewis University.
