Benjamin Hergenroether

Benjamin Hergenroether is an experienced portfolio manager currently serving as the Portfolio Manager Team Lead and previously as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation since May 2021. Prior to this, Benjamin held the position of Portfolio Manager at U.S. Bank from October 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included managing a commercial credit portfolio for middle market companies in Wisconsin. Benjamin began with U.S. Bank as a Commercial Banking Associate, where through an 18-24 month training program, valuable skills in credit lending policy were acquired. Early career experience also includes serving as a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst, providing support in financial monitoring and statement analysis. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University in 2016, following education at Marquette University High School from 2008 to 2012.
