Jim Swabowski

Jim Swabowski is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in relationship banking, particularly with privately-held middle-market businesses in the Chicagoland area. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Team Lead at Wintrust Financial Corporation since May 2016, Jim focuses on ESOP finance opportunities both locally and nationally. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at MB Financial Bank from March 2008 to May 2016, during which time Cole Taylor Bank merged with MB Financial. Earlier in their career, Jim held a position as a Credit Analyst at LaSalle Bank - Metropolitan Banking from July 2006 to March 2008. Jim holds a Finance degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completing studies there from 2002 to 2006.
