Mitchell Grant

Mitchell Grant, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation, focusing on client relations and financial analysis for the Middle Market Commercial Banking team. Previously, Mitchell held the position of Vice President of Portfolio Management at Windsor Advantage, LLC, overseeing a team of seven and leading initiatives in loan sales, data analytics, and construction monitoring, along with developing a proprietary data analytics system for loan portfolio health assessment. Prior roles include Manager of Portfolio Management and Senior Associate at Windsor Advantage, a Mortgage Banker at The Federal Savings Bank, and a Transaction Coordinator at Stearns Lending. Mitchell earned an MBA with a double major in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
