Omare V. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and finance sectors. Currently serving as the BSA/OFAC Product Owner and Digital Product Specialist at Wintrust Financial Corporation since December 2020, Omare V. focuses on enhancing traditional banking through digital capabilities and providing expert analysis on critical financial metrics. Prior to this role, Omare V. was a Management Trainee at Wintrust Bank Chicago, participating in a comprehensive leadership development program. Additional experience includes serving as an Academic Advisor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, conducting numerous advising sessions, and contributing as a Real Estate Analyst during a project presented at the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation competition. Omare V. holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
