Paige Miksys

Paige Miksys is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Wintrust Mortgage since September 2019, where responsibilities include designing and implementing a variety of training materials for a national lender. Previously, Paige served as a Learning Development & Implementation Specialist at Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, where tasks encompassed managing the Learning Management System and developing innovative training content. Prior roles also include project management and content development at Fresh Take Productions, eLearning course development at CourseAvenue, and writing for student publications at North Central College, where Paige earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media Studies with a minor in Journalism.
