Shanta Nagarkoti

Shanta Nagarkoti is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as a Rotational Credit Analyst at Wintrust Financial Corporation since July 2023. Since June 2021, involvement with the Davis Project for Peace has contributed to impactful community initiatives. Shanta has further enhanced analytical skills as a Policy Research Intern at the Policy Entrepreneurs Institute since June 2022 and works as an Investment Steward at FARO Advisory, a division of TOROSO Investments, since January 2022. Experience at Wartburg College includes roles in the Sustainability Department, Student Life Office, Wartburg Theater, Dining Service, and as Treasurer of the Asian Student Association, facilitating budget management and event coordination. Shanta holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance from Lake Forest College and Accounting and Finance from Wartburg College, complemented by an education at UWC Robert Bosch College from 2017 to 2019.
