Olivia Coury

Olivia Coury is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager at Wipro, where responsibilities include leading a comprehensive Employee Resource Group (ERG) program for over 10,000 employees across nine ERGs in the United States. Prior to this role, Olivia contributed as a US DEI and ERG Project Manager, assisting in the development and awareness of ERG initiatives. Olivia has also held positions as an Executive Assistant at Ultra Literary, managing client contracts and payments, and as an Event & Marketing Associate at Specialty Networks, where client relations and event planning were key focuses. Olivia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University and completed the Suzuki Prep Program in Cello at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
